𝘥𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 is the performance, video-installation, and livestream - exploring online identity, individuality, and surveillance through multiple layers of video recordings and hypermediated screenings.
for the month of april, we return to the U-Bahn booth of cabinet at Sophie-Charlotte Platz in Berlin for multiple iterations, to observe and enact contradictions of intimacy in a public setting.

between the iterations, a two-channel video with recordings of us is on loop in the booth. the monitors had to be taken down only 2 weeks in, due to security measures by the
operational managers at the BVG. the monitors were interpreted as being real live capturing devices on the platform. apparently this led to apprehension around the work,
while it also highlighted interesting questions on technology, surveillance, and art in public spaces.
